Vertical lines and layered textures build a surface that feels grown rather than composed. Referencing the rhythm of tree bark, the work holds traces of accumulation and quiet change, where memory settles through repetition and touch.
Created as an acrylic monotype with ink markings, the image developed through layered printing and selective removal, allowing texture to lead the composition.
The artwork is framed in a slim contemporary Kiaat wood frame using Art Glass.
