The field breaks into angular overlapping planes that press against each other without cohering. A horizontal band of slightly lighter tone divides the surface, but the marks above and below are equally restless, refusing to settle into zones or sections. The surface feels like a system that has exceeded its own capacity.

Monotype on Fabriano paper, worked through repeated printing and layering. The surface shows distinct tonal zones suggesting multiple passes, with marks that range from sharp-edged printed forms to broader, more diffuse gestural passages. Overall density increases from top to bottom.

The artwork is framed in a slim contemporary black aluminium frame using Art Glass.

Returns

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

  • The artwork is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • You contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
  • Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer, using a tracked and insured courier. We recommend insuring the piece for its full value, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage on the return journey.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the artwork has been received back at the studio and inspected.

Custom and Commissioned Work

Commissioned pieces, murals, and any work made to order are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except where the piece arrives damaged or faulty (see below).

This allows us to process a replacement, repair, or refund, and to file a claim with the courier if needed. Damage reported after this window, or without photo evidence, may not qualify for a refund.
